Greetings, Garyites!

I hope that everyone is doing well!  I also hope that you like and enjoy the new and improved website for the Gary District High Alumni Association.  Many thanks to Bill Madison for getting the updates together, and many thanks to our webmaster, Justin Bost of DesignBold, LLC .  Our goal is to keep the website updated for your reading pleasure.

Please continue to pray for those who are sick and shut in, and pray for those who are bereaved.  We must never forget them.

As you are aware, the GDHAA Board of Directors decided that the 2022 Annual Reunion would be in person in Charleston, WV.  However, in light of the havoc that covid-19 continues to reek in our nation, and especially in West Virginia, the Board will discuss this issue again at our January, 2022 Board meeting and decide if we should move forward with an in person reunion.  The last thing that we want is to host an event that becomes a “super spreader.”  We will keep you posted when we update the website after our January meeting.

As the holidays approach, I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!  Please be safe and stay well!!
